But more importantly, it has a real-world impact on the people that we spend so much of our day with, and that real-world impact shows up in poor health, stress, and other negative experiences for you and your teams. There is a better way - and this course teaches it. With a focus on Restorative Justice, this course will give you a proven, step-by-step approach to addressing conflict as a leader of people. This is an asynchronous adaptation of our in-person Core Questions training, which over 95% of attendees have said they would strongly recommend to others.
